Soap2day – The Fast & Furious franchise keeps honoring its past as it counts down to the release of the Fast X trailer on February 10, and now Fast Five is getting the same treatment.

The 2011 movie Fast Five, which was directed by Justin Lin, is in the latest "Legacy Trailer" for the Fast & Furious movies. It is especially notable because it brings Luke Hobbs, played by Dwayne Johnson, into the mix. In the story, Vin Diesel and the rest of the group go to Rio to pull off a $100 million heist. Gisele Yashar, played by Gal Gadot, was also introduced in the movie.

Check out the trailer for the first Fast Five movie below:

Louis Leterrier is directing Fast X. He took over from Justin Lin, who left the project suddenly because they had different ideas about how to make the movie. Lin and Dan Mazeau wrote the script for the movie, and Lin is still involved as a producer.

Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, and Scott Eastwood will all play the same roles in the movie. In the tenth movie, Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Daniela Melchior (The Suicide Squad), Brie Larson (Captain Marvel), and Alan Ritchson (Reacher) will join the cast for the first time. Momoa is expected to play the bad guy.

Based on Gary Scott Thompson's characters, the latest book takes the family all over the world, from London to Tokyo, Central America to Edinburgh, and a secret bunker in Azerbaijan to the busy streets of Tbilisi. Along the way, old friends and enemies will come back, history will be changed, and the true meaning of family will be put to the test like never before.
