Soap2day – Meghan Trainor found out "so fast" that she was pregnant. The pop star, who is 28 and married to "Spy Kids" actor Daryl Sabara, 30, with whom she already has a 2-year-old son named Riley, is expecting her second child with him. On Friday, February 3, she posted a video to Instagram in which she was shocked at how quickly her test came back positive.
"Oh my God, oh my God! That happened so quickly! "she said as she tried to hold back her tears. The singer of "Made You Look" wrote in the caption, "The moment I found out I was pregnant with baby number 2 [crying face emoji]."
Her post comes just a few days after the "All About That Bass" singer first shared the good news. In that post, she seemed happy to be having her second child because she and Daryl are now "halfway there" to having the big family they've always wanted.
She said, "What a relief! I'm just so grateful I can get pregnant. And I'm like, "I've got this. This is really cool. This is what I want.' I'm halfway there—I want four children. We keep telling Riley, "There's a baby in the belly," but now he just points to his stomach and says, "Baby." And we're like, "No, it's not in yours; it's in Mama's belly!""
Meghan is not only getting ready for the birth of her baby, but she is also getting ready for the release of her first book, "Dear Future Mama." In it, she will talk about her pregnancy and share advice from experts.
She said of the book, which comes out on April 25, "I'm an open book, and I love to tell everyone everything about how gross I am and what's true about me. When someone says, "Oh my God, me too!" I feel like I'm not alone, and I tell myself, "I'm not strange, and my body isn't different." It's fine.'"
